IRAN LAUNCHES A HOME MADE SATELLITE ROCKET

Iran successfully launched a home-produced satellite rocket. The news has fueled the concern of Western countries that Iran is building up "nuclear and space industries to develop atomic and ballistic weapons," AFP reported. Few details have been released, but the rocket, known as the Kavoshgar 3 satellite carrier, was carrying an "experimental capsule" and live animals. President Ahmadinejad later appeared, in one of a series of events celebrating the 31st anniversary of the Islamic revolution, to unveil a second satellite carrier. "The West suspects Iran of secretly trying to build an atomic bomb and fears the technology used to launch space rockets could be diverted into developing long-range ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads," AFP reported. Officials, including Ahmadinejad, have repeatedly said that both its space program and enrichment of uranium are completely peaceful pursuits.
What does this mean to the USA? The current administration does not have a strong foreign policy towards rogue nations. They were just wasting their time for the past year or so, thinking that Iran will be sitting in front of them for a night time chat. Wrong! Their main objective is to spread power around the Middle East and destroy Israel who is our best ally in the region.
Strike now or we as western nations will fail to spread peace around the region. Remember a guy called Jimmy Carter the home builder par excellence? His lack of gumption to do anything did create this problem. What else could a leftist do?
