ELVIS PRESLEY: 75 TH BIRTHDAY.



The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum will be celebrating “Elvis Presley’s Birthday” with a series of events on Friday and Saturday. It would have been King of Rock ‘n’ Roll Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday, if he hasn’t left us 30 years ago. The 75th Elvis Presley’s Birthday will be celebrated at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum located at downtown Cleveland on Lake Erie.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum have something special to offer to visitors and fans. Meredith Rutledge the Ass. Curator for the Museum said that, it is an event to celebrate and they are having a party. He said they will have a giant Elvis Presley birthday card and everyone who will visit on the day will sign it and after the party they will send the birthday card to Graceland.

Moreover he said, they are going to have cake, after all it is King of Rock ‘n’ Roll Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday and what’s a birthday party without birthday cake.

The annual Elvis Presley’s Birthday tribute will take place this Sunday on 10 Jan, 2010 at the Palace theatre of “
Playhouse Square
”, this Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum birthday party is not affiliated with the event.
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum festivities will begin after cake cutting, the ceremony will take place at Lake Erie at noon today on Friday. After the cake cutting ceremony Chief curator and V.P of the Museum will discuss several items of Elvis Presley displayed in the museum. The items include an acoustic guitar from 1968, a Lincoln Continental Mark IV 2 Door Coupe, several guns and a jumpsuit from 1973.
